Welcome to Fireguard.pk. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our site or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Section 1 - Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

  • Our fire safety cylinders are designed for emergency automotive use. Fireguard.pk provides certified ABC Dry Chemical Powder extinguishers.

  • While our cylinders are fully compliant with National Highway and Motorway Police (NHMP) regulations, carrying an extinguisher is just one part of vehicle safety. Fireguard.pk is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, or vehicle loss resulting from a fire accident, failure of the user to properly operate the device, or extreme fire conditions that exceed the capability of a 1kg dry powder cylinder.

  • It is the customer's sole responsibility to inspect the pressure gauge regularly (ensuring the needle stays in the Green Zone) and to replace the cylinder after its 5-year expiry or after any discharge.

Section 2 - Accuracy of Pricing and Information

  • We reserve the right to modify prices, discontinue products, or run limited-time promotional bundles (such as our 2-pack offer) without prior notice.

  • In the event of an inventory shortage, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If your order is canceled after you have confirmed it, we will notify you immediately.

Section 3 - Billing and Account Information

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and shipping information for all orders.

  • Providing false phone numbers or fake shipping addresses with the intent to refuse COD delivery is a violation of these terms and may result in your details being blacklisted from our shipping partners' networks across Pakistan.

When you buy from our store, we collect the personal information you give us, such as:

  • Shipping & Billing Address

  • Mobile Phone Number (essential for Pakistan COD and WhatsApp delivery coordination)

  • Send you automated WhatsApp/SMS notifications to confirm your delivery address and share tracking codes.

  • Your shipping details are shared only with our verified third-party courier partners (e.g., Trax, Leopards, TCS) solely to deliver your package.

  • Your payment details for credit/debit card transactions (if used) are securely processed via encrypted gateways and are never stored on our servers.

Section 4 - Consent

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your mobile number, or place an order, you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
