Mandatory WhatsApp Confirmation Policy

To prevent fake orders and high return-to-origin (RTO) rates:

  • No order will be dispatched without confirmation.

  • Upon placing an order on our website, you will receive an automated WhatsApp message or phone call from our team.

  • Once you reply and confirm your address, your parcel will be handed over to our courier partner (Trax/Leopards/TCS) the next business morning.

Delivery Timelines

  • Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & Rawalpindi: 48 hours (2 business days) after WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Other major cities and towns: 72 hours (3 business days) after WhatsApp confirmation.

  • Remote/Rural areas: 3 to 5 business days.

Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Standard Single Pack (1x Fireguard Cylinder): Flat delivery rate of Rs. 350 nationwide.

  • Double Guard Pack (2x Fireguard Cylinders): FREE Shipping nationwide.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules

Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready when the courier rider arrives. The courier companies do not allow customers to open the parcel before making the cash payment. If you have any issues with the product after opening, please contact our support team immediately for a resolution under our Guarantee.
