If your cylinder is damaged in transit, shows a low-pressure reading (needle outside the Green Zone) upon arrival, or has any manufacturing defect, we will send you a 100% free replacement instantly—no questions asked.
How to Claim a Replacement:

Share a clear photo or video showing the defect (e.g., the pressure gauge needle or physical damage).

We will dispatch a brand-new replacement cylinder immediately.
Change of Mind / Unopened Returns

Due to the hazardous nature of pressurized gas cylinders, we cannot accept returns for change of mind once the safety pin has been pulled or the seal has been broken.

If the item is completely unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for paying return shipping fees to our warehouse in Lahore.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Because we operate primarily via Cash on Delivery, refunds cannot be processed back to a credit card. If a cash refund is approved:

We will process your refund directly to your Bank Account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash.

Refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item at our warehouse.

Original shipping/delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable.
